"What a amazing place and cool story. The service the atmosphere were only the tip of the iceberg. Once we were served that Porter house for two...I was speechless, both me and my Father (was a Father's day and my birthday celebration) mainly because I was filling my mouth with the strip side of that amazing steak. Cold dry aged for 7-8 weeks, grain feed beef from Kansas or Colorado..it is exactly what beef is supposed to taste like .pure heaven. Being a Executive Chef the majority of my career I too pay attention to detail...and seeing the owner run the hostess stand , spec out tables , look at every dish coming out of the kitchen, bussing and doing table greets for every table sat... you know you're in good hands .. he's a master of his Craft and it shows. Awesome to see someone take such pride in a restaurant. Can't wait to go back!"
