"We chose to dine here due to the limited options in the area, as well as the fact we were attending an event at the hotel. I wish I had read the reviews for this restaurant before we ate here, as I usually do. Those that provide poor ratings share a very similar experience to that which we had. We were advised the menu was only 24 hours old and unfortunately the server had not been fully trained on each of the items. That was a tad frustrating, as he made no effort to find answers to our questions about certain items. Though service was friendly enough, the food took a very long time to come out. This seemed odd, as we were the only people in the entire restaurant. I was also disappointed with the cost for the size of the meals (ie pricey), but worst of all was when my food [a chicken burger] came out fairly lukewarm. When I commented on this to the waiter, he simply walked past and said, as he shrugged, “Oh, I’m sorry.” There was no attempt to rectify the situation or anything. A work colleague also had breakfast here in the morning and experienced very poor service then too — as well as overpriced items. We would not return."
