"When I received the bill for $19, I left a $4 tip. However, I later noticed on my bank statement that I was charged $1.50 more than what was due. While $1.50 may not seem like a huge amount, it's simply not right to overcharge customers.
I returned to address the issue with a manager. She took my name and number and promised to call me back, but I'm still waiting for that call. Given this experience, I won’t be returning to this restaurant, and I will be sure to share my experience with others."
