"not as good as I remember. Friday evening at 18:30 and the restaurant was not even moderately busy. Now I know why. Maybe they had only a bad day, but eating was not on the spot. "I had reserved yesterday at 4.30. Everyone was very friendly and our server was very attentive and their service was very good. I ordered Crispy Chicken Flautas, it was really crispy and tasteful and Flamed Mixed Grill was great. For my cocktail I ordered Gurke and Jalapeño Margarita; my first was with very fresh taste of Cucumber and Jalapeño and was one of the amazing cocktails with his taste so thanks to the bearder but second did not come as the way it was for the first; it was like regular margarita and there was no taste of any fresh cumber and jalapeño and even the way they cut the cuttings as they cut the one. I noticed that the bearder changed, but it should be the same standard when preparing the cocktail. Our server said they mentioned to the manager, but managers didn't even come to see us or change the cocktail. But thanks to our server that took care of us. I loved this place and will order the same cocktail for my next visit and hope it will be the same as my first one."

"Our waitress was excellent! Her name is Micklyn, not sure the spelling. Somehow they ran out of Tortillas. Not sure what happened. The tortillas were recently very small 3-4 inches over, and thick and hard, torn. It's not like the old days of El Machino. My family has come to Chevy since 1987."

"The food was fantastic! Hands down 10/10. We ordered the guacamole (if there was table page I thought they made it at this table, not the case) and the salsa was free. Both were delicious with warm chips. My husband has the Fajitas Tex mix and I had crabs and shrimp enchiladas. Charro beans and rice were both large and small grain bread. The view was beautiful from the water. So in service, our waitress did her best, but it was a Saturday night and a lot. We had a reservation that helped us to sit quickly, but we waited 20 minutes before our waitress made the first contact. I read the room and placed our food orders with our beverage orders, so we wouldn't wait again. All in all, the food is so delicious again, only maybe during the week when it is a little slower."

"First the servers didn’t know there was a Mother’s Day menu so we didn’t receive our starters until asking multiple times and the starter came with our meals. One party’s meal didn’t come until halfway thru our meal. The Bottomless Mimosas, Beverages etc advertised was false advertising and pricing should have been adjusted. The menu indicated not only on the location website but also on the placard menu itself that there was bottomless drinks. The manager explained it was against the law in Arlington, however as an Arlington resident I know several restaurants have bottomless drinks with brunches. The manager comp’d a round of mimosas (4) but it was very frustrating when your mom is in town; you want to celebrate and drama gets in the way. We will not return to Chevy’s."

"The first time in Chevy and it was a pleasant surprise. The ambience was there. Vibe was immaculate. If you go during the Happy Hour, you will see some great deals. Waiting time is somewhat longer than other places, but it is due to the amount and its popularity. Tableware were very tasty and unlimited nachos when you sit at the bar is great when you visit the matchday. Many TVs are everywhere and the staff is fast. Parking is never a problem because it is located in the Union landing. I'd take my family."
