"I've dine at this restaurant many times and the food is great. However, if you plan to dine during the day, it's best to come during lunch period 12pm-2pm or after 3:30pm. It seems the times prior the staff goes on break. I've come in and find no one in the dining area. I think it's a little short staff at times but the staff that does notice me are attentive. The food is great and the waitress was very attentive to meeting my special requests. I will always come and dine. It's a great place to eat."

"When you walk in, you are definitely transported back in time to a sort of Sopranos vibe. The floor is dusted with I'm guessing sawdust so if you're wearing dress shoes, just take an extra second as you walk in.Ordered a chicken parm hero as per the suggestion of the owner ? . While the sammich was a monster sammich for just $12, there was nothing that really stood out in terms of flavor. I will say the breaded chicken was fresh and not at all hard tack like many other delis that sell chicken parms. Would I go back? Sure, if I'm in the area. I would like to try some of the specials or other sammiches."

"First the food here is great. I have ZERO problems with the food. My question is with the delivery. You have to try something new in the last few months. Two weeks ago, I ordered a pizza that took 2 hours to come here. I live 10 minutes away!!! Last night at 5:00, I tried again. It took half an hour. If you call, you will always get the default response, it is on the way When you are busy delivering in a reasonable time, you should call your customers and tell them. Note on administration: What you do with you is NOT working."
