"This is a decent restaurant that my girlfriend and I have enjoyed for a long time. The food is great and the service is ok. After their remodel, however, they began charging an astronomical service fee which is a mandatory 20% tip regardless of the quality of service. This turns our little brunch into an expensive occasion, and hurts my heart because we can 't afford to eat here anymore, even though it 's far from an upscale restaurant. There is a small sign that warns you on the outside, but, irregardless, no restaurant should charge a mandatory 20% tip. Pay your employees their proper wage and don 't place the burden on customers to support a severely overpriced meal at a restaurant that isn 't worth it. Additionally, the owner replied to my comment on their Google Business account with the most embarrassingly unprofessional and immature managerial response I 've ever read. It 's clear MSK doesn 't care about it 's customers and I highly encourage customers to avoid this location until they change their tune."
