"This was a Thursday night and it was very busy. The restaurant is basically one big room, so it is very noisy. They must have been understaffed, because the tables on both sides of us were dirty and it took someone quite awhile to clean them off. We sat there for over 10 minutes waiting to have someone take our drink order. We ordered our meal at the same time, considering how slowly things were moving that night. The food came out quickly and was perfect, as usual. My husband said he was tempted to drive back down to the one on Wycliff, since we’ve never had bad service there and it is quieter, even though we live a few miles from the one in Plano. We will continue to eat there, but will probably try some non-peak times."
