"Promptly seated and the staff were very nice. Food order was slow but the place was fairly busy. The food is fine but expectations were low, I like to think of it as an upscale Wendy's. Keep that perspective and I think you will be fine. Three orders were the unlimited apps and they did a good job keeping pace with refills on the apps. Side salads are very small. Entree salad good size but fairly bland. Ribeye steak was overcooked."

"The ribs were ok... no sauce on the ribs. The wings were good and the sauce on those were great. Very few people in the restaurant..but gradually filled up. The service from the waiter was on point. The waiter was not unknowable of Open Table which would lead me to think my points will be a problem to get....as always."

"5 in our party. we had to wait to take a place, even though we had reservations. our server was excellent, very attentive, to check if we had everything we needed. our food arrived immediately and was prepared as ordered. as there was a birthday in our party, this guest received her choice to free dessert. everything in all twigs was not disappointed. we will return to dinner again."

"I ordered the burbon barbeque chicken breast. It was served on a warm plate with hot mashed potatoes, hot broccoli, but the chicken was cold. Not sure how they accomplished that. It all tasted good, but I would have liked the chicken hot off the grill. Also had a house salad which was mostly iceberg lettuce, and not at all awe inspiring."

"Had a blast here! Went with my nephew and he loved the music selections on the jukebox! We took some pictures while we selected music post COVID-19. They have cool one-time use menus for safety and place people in table safely apart. Only thing I hated was not being able to hear our music selection from where we were sitting in the back! P.S my music was a hit and made people happy and dance !! Haha go try your self! It’s attached to the Country Inn Hotel"

"No fault of the restaurant but the smell of sewage as you step out of your car also carries into the restaurant. Pizza was inedible- thick, dense, pale on the underside even after asking for it well done. Chicken parm was special of the evening and was tasty but nothing that would “wow” you. Service however was excellent although the kitchen is extremely slow. Not going to be a repeat customer which is sad because we like supporting local businesses."

"I have been in the free days for a long time (I have accumulated almost 2000 of their reward points) the company seems to fight, and today was a good example of why the site fails. with my partner at exactly 11:30 o'clock. no one at the door, we waited and waited, another group came and they waited too. they finally decided to enter the bar. it was seven minutes before an adorable manager appeared to hang shirttails to put us. nine minutes before we were even hit by a server that was only the 2nd server we saw until then. 21 minutes in our visit, we were brought our soft drinks. the load was practically empty. I had a simple request that I be served HOT frits at my meal. no surprise that this would not happen, but the server was happy, more. from the same batch obviously sit under a lamp in the kitchen. I don't expect much to be free, and I've got less on this trip."

"dirty run down, online reservations made and arrived on time, then it was said that our manager does not make reservations to the weekends? not enough waiter, they crashed our party of 6 in a corner with other parties of 8-10 people. the food lasted 35 minutes to get after the order when they took our drinks orders. I will not go back! the 100 bucks were not worth it!"

"When my father and I first came in, the hostes were banged together in a group when one of them brushed their hair. we sat and took about 5-10 minutes to welcome, think they, we sat in a distance where the host and server could see us. once a server touched our table, the service greeted my father and I did not. the whole server just asked what did we want with a bad setting as we didn't want to be there. we asked which ones the ones on hahn and once again the server spoke to us and said they had no warning, the beer they had on the menu. we have ordered our drink and taken 5-10 minutes for our drinks and come to the table. at any place came another serve to our table to take our food order. we have an appetizer and placed our entrees. Eat lasted about 30 minutes to arrive, our appetizer came after our entrees. as soon as we wanted our server to be checked where nowhere to find. also one of the server family members were 2 tabs next to us. the mod made sure to touch their tables before our review was terminated. When I talked to the manager, the manager had to say I'm sorry, but you weren't honest at all."

"this is the second time in a row that something we ordered is inappropriately cooked. last time it was a hamburger for me, who was supposed to be medium and was rarely served. this time it was a steak for my man, the same, but really raw in the middle. the server was great and took it to be cooked more. they have made a new one that was beautiful, but it took over 20 minutes to get it. until then I was finished with my meal. we spent much more time there than we wanted."

"recently went to this place, only time since my previous review and was willing to leave another 3 stars, but the location deserves no low rating perhaps due to 1 person or lack of personal the most companies currently have. Anyway, everyone enjoyed their meal, eating was great, even if we had to order the sides of the broth sticks, as already mentioned I would expect these meal times to come with broth if the size of the portions but same very few do so, so the order of the sides of the brot steaks is an alternative solution. we came during the day, when there was no one before, saw the responsible person went to chat, I didn't know that there was only the individual before, but there was a table that was ready to go. 2.n the benches on the entrance were not clean, had some dirt or crumbs. the rest of the funeral and we waited a few more before recognized and finally got one standing. the waitress might be indifferent, frustrated or distracted, not to care seemed too excited to be there. after ordering, eating did not take long, maybe 15-20 minutes. beside our hostess and waitress who was equal to individual, but there were no customers in the dining area, eating was well cooked. old review: first time they visited this place and ordered to go. I thought it would be a good service, but the portions were quite small maischeschnitzel and even veggies. I ordered garnel and chicken silk. had no role or a kind of brot to go. for $16 court expected more;taste wise was good. I had their burgers located to others and they are good. I was not given with my order utensili, either it was at 9 o'clock tgd."

"We visited this restaurant for our birthday. Happy times right? Not so much. There was a lack of service. After we had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be welcomed by our waitress, we asked another waitress for help. She said she would let him know. Another waitress finally came and said she would only take our drinks orders. We ordered appetizers; but the Entree came within 3 5 minutes of the appetizer. There were dirty tables around and people frustrated in the waiting zone. I made a picture of unbelief. The waitresses were not willing to help when asked for help. A waitress came in, kicked in and stood on the stand of the hostess who cried about 10 minutes. Our table was 2 tables in front of the booth. It made our meals uncomfortable. Needless to say, the overall service and the lack of effort was a deal breaker for us. Our server was nice, but overwhelmed. We visited this facility a few months ago and received a similar service, but hoped that it was a fuke and decided to give it another attempt. Of course, our previous experience was on the point. Next time we take the trip to Din in another place in another city. This facility shall be closely monitored by the upper management; not from the services during our visit."

"The starters were excellent !!!!!!!!!! (Brie Brulee incredibly delicious !!!!!!!!!) The beet salad and garden salad were refreshingly cold, crispy, very tasty and an excellent bite. The appetizers? Not so much: crab and prawn noodles had juicy prawns, but the homemade rigatoni were NOT cooked ... like raw batter. The taziki sauce was UNDER everything on the gyro platter and difficult to access to spread over the pita / meat / greens combo and the meat was soft and crumbly, almost like poorly mixed meatloaf. The presentation of the top plate itself was eye-catching, but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything. The salmon was fantastic, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens under it all were too tough and not tasty at all. The blueberry panna cotta was tasteless, but the mousse cake had a heavenly crust. Coffee was strong, tasty, had no bitterness. I would recommend Thea's for amazing starters and a great beet salad, but the starters left a lot to be desired."

"Being Mothers Day and having a reservation we were still prepared to wait for a little while. The manager did call and said that the online reservation system messed up and booked multiple parties at the same time so there might be a wait. What I wish I would have known that allegedly the chef quit, fired, or called off and there was no back up. The manager had to cook by themselves. In saying that, we waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived it was lukewarm. The manager did take the price of the appetizers we ordered off the total bill but it still wasn't worth the time. Understandably, things happen but there should have been a backup plan, and a backup for the backup, especially for special days such as this when you know you are busy. Will not eat here again."

"The restaurant was very busy, so we had to make a reservation online. However, the front end/host could improve by fully reading the reservation list before telling customers there is a 30-minute wait and putting them to the side. It would be better if tables were cleaned immediately after being vacated for the next customer. Unfortunately, they were out of broccoli, so I had to choose another side and pay extra for it. Despite these issues, our waiter Andrew was very friendly and attentive, despite being extremely busy."
