"Good food and a loving family atmosphere. If I don't start my weekday morning with my coffee (or unsweetened ice tea) and a pleasant visit with Aphrodite, well then, it starts off on rough ground. Pat never disappoints. The home fries are THE BEST around! The waitresses are always pleasant. If I have enough money with me, I like to top off my breakfast/lunch with a bowl of nice, cold tapioca pudding. <br/ <br/ Although its tough to say goodbye to the lovely, kind people at Colonie Diner, the genuine, albeit rushed at times, well wishes for the day, make the parting easier to handle.
