"The food was okay. The only thing I didn’t understand. And I’ve never seen it before. They charged us a CC fee (3% . I was told by the waitress that if I prefer to pay by cash, they will remove that charge. I was wondering if is it even legal to do so. Why do I have to pay a fee for using a credit card?"
