"I absolutely love the chicken fingers and wings at this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the manager, Kathy, who is so sweet and polite. I couldn't ask for a better person to run the business—it’s truly improved since she took over. I just wish there wasn’t such a long wait before ordering. "Update: 5/27/22 It's been gone since I left. There are other options and this went on the hill when her frit was broken and they stayed with him (burn my chicken 5 times, 3 times on the same visit must have made it again). This week it was very good. Original: Best chicken and sweet tea in the city. I was with all those fast food joints and this one takes the cake. With the new meal it is even better!"

"Zaxby's has been one of my favorites ever since I moved to Savannah, GA, and even during my recent trip back to the area. Their chicken fingers are absolutely delicious, especially when paired with the Spicy Zaxby's sauce. The staff members are always friendly and pleasant. However, I should mention that in some locations, the chicken can be overly salty for some reason. But when it’s done right, it’s incredibly tasty! If you haven't tried Zaxby's yet, I highly recommend it."

However, I found the Zaxby's sauce to be unappealing; it made everything I dipped in it taste overly salty. I'm hoping the honey mustard will be a better option. "I really enjoy Zaxby's salads, but I had a disappointing experience at their location on Shorter Ave in Rome. I ordered a Cobb salad, but the lettuce was old—it was dark and wilted, and the cucumbers tasted bitter. I ended up having to throw away half of it. Wing: ok I’m not a purist, I like boneless wings (only easier to eat) the tongue flashlight sauce here is really delicious, not excessively spicy, but great taste on a super crispy nugget (I can realize that is what boneless wings are)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Things (aka chicken tender): chicken tender here are really good, but for me what makes it the zax sauce I could eat 20 of this light lol⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Fries: Something about the frits of the Zaxby claws and the little spices they put on them is amazing. Well salted and perfectly crispy immersed in a little ranch are some of my fries in fast food. The only con here is the calories... 1500 is a lot in a meal lol... make sure you get a lot of exercise or not eat a whole lot of everything before you eat this meal ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"

"Stopped he on a trip home from little rock, I used to stop at the conway zaxbys but 90% of the time their door is locked. Ordered the 5 finger meal with extra texas toast. Food arrived fast and hot , chicken fingers were not over cooked. Crinkled fried great, Texas toast dipped in zax sauce is my fav. Coleslaw was really bland, tasted only of raw cabbage. I will continue bypassing conway zaxbys to stop here at this store."

"I can see that the reviews are already negative. I visited with my daughter and grandmother, and a woman named Kahli served us. She was rude to both me and my grandmother, rushing our order and showing a lack of care in her service. This behavior is unexpected for a Zaxby's and I am disappointed that they would hire someone like her. On the flip side, there was a gentleman named Jacob, or possibly Jason, who was working in the dining area. He was helpful, attentive, and made our visit much more enjoyable.
