"This was my second time ordering pizza from this restaurant. The first time, the pizza was delivered cold and burned - the bottom of the pizza had a black, burned crust. Despite this, I decided to give them a second chance, but it was a big mistake. This time was even worse than the last. The crust was baked too much, almost like a cracker, and the cheese was dried up and crispy. I will never order from them again - it was the worst pizza in the city."
