"I came here for Mother’s Day 5/14/23. The service could not have been worse. My brother coincidentally made a reservation as well, so I asked to sit with him to save space as they were definitely overbooked. Doing that was an ordeal as the waiter then didn’t want to do separate checks, which they did after getting the manager.Then we waited 2 and a half hours for dinner. There was no explanation other than “it’s busy”. After that horrible service, tip was AUTOMATICALLY included because it was a holiday. And when talking to the “owner” (because at that point, the manager couldn’t handle that EVERY customer in the building was upset), actually said “we put the tip on because otherwise, they might not get tipped today.” So I explained how illegal that was and the tip was removed.After all of that, my reservation was cancelled on OpenTable so that I couldn’t leave a review."

Didn 't do 5 stars since our Po Boy crab sandwiches were largely bread and very little crab/filling. Several of us got them and all spoke about our bread sandwiches on the way home. "I visited this restaurant for the first time last night, and I was impressed! They have karaoke and a happy hour until 7 PM, but unfortunately, I missed it – which means I’ll need to come back. I ordered the catfish and a lemon drop, and both were fantastic. The fish was cooked to perfection, and as someone who doesn’t usually eat fish, I can say that well-prepared catfish really stands out to me. The staff were friendly, and I especially loved the large wall screen featuring fish swimming in the background; it made me feel like I was on a lovely crab boat. "This is the most amazing seafood place. I had never been to one of the locations and had no idea I was missing out! We had three people and selected a Summer Feast special, which feeds 3-5 people. There was more than enough, and the food was delicious! Different sauces and spice levels. The restaurant is spacious, and it doesn't feel like you're on top of another table. "Brought my family from out of town here and they weren’t pleased and neither was I. Nice and quiet atmosphere but the food was horrible. No seasoning on the fish, it was very bland. Ordered a shrimp bag with all of the above seasonings that tasted like nothing but butter. Also ordered the gumbo and it was black and very soupy which I know it wasn’t supposed to look that way. When asked to return it, we were told we couldn’t once it hit the table they cannot take it back. Not to mention for 6 people our ticket was 185 and we honestly cannot say it was worth it. Would not recommend or return."

"The customer service was amazing! Moe was my Guest Service Specialist (I believe that is the corporate title), she was kind, efficient and the consummate professional. I like to provide positive feedback to management because so much of what is communicated is negative. I spoke with Greg, one of the managers, and he was very friendly and receptive to my feedback.I have two cons:1. I ordered the shrimp, crab cluster boil with the Cajun butter sauce and it was extremely salty.2. This is not the environment for a more professional and/or middle age crowd. The music and atmosphere is similar to a lounge or night club. Based on this I will probably not patronize this location again."

"The WORST of the WORST!!!! I Love Juicy Crab. But this one the communication is a problem, to say the least. The waitress was not fluent with English and the Manager iether, the language barrier was very frustrating. The cook kept sending out mild instead of hot. Which is very clear to see in your bags. Hot is very RED. Whatever he kept sending was a light yellow. I had to request the manager for her to say that?s definitely not hot. That is mild ???????? I was like really you wouldn?t say. My husband was not happy at all. Because I had to ask like 3 different times what is this? I don?t want this. It?s not what I ordered. Just please give me what I would like to eat. And my bill was $120.00 and the manager was just like I?m not sure why he is giving you mild. I was still hungry when I left because I only ate the appetizer and took the entree home after all the back and forth over 45 minutes just sad and totally disgusted. "This was the worst experience I have ever had. I payed $40 for a Uber eats pick up and went to sit down to eat. I was YELLED at by JEN the nasty Chinese supervisor and was told I must leave. I stated as a consumer I felt that was a bit uncalled for after I just payed for my food but no probable n and started packing my food, she continues to be argumentative and said “ take it with Uber” and then her sarcastic male employee who refused to give his name yelled at me “maybe if you take care of the server will serve you”… I got so frustrated with the unnecessary disrespect upon walking in by myself. I felt harassed, discriminated and defended. I will be involving my lawyer to file a discriminatory lawsuit. I hope anyone visiting avoid this restaurant, the food was okay but not worth the disrespect from the enter team who is frustrated with the food industry and company’s like Uber who avoid them from having people sit down at the restaurant to get a tip… if I could I would just refund the money and leave and eat elsewhere. This complaint will be illustrated everywhere including Better Business Bureau ."
