"I used to love their popcorn chicken a lot. I ordered 3 of them last Monday, and I was so excited when I got them. When I tasted one of it, it turned SOUR. Then I tried 3 pieces from each box, and they were ALL SOUR. I tried to call and find out what was going on, but they never pick the phone up, though I called for almost 10 times. Then I tried to emailed them, the email notification said the mail box was full so I cannot reach them. At the end I went back to the store and asked them about the situation, they didn’t even look or smell, just told me that “this is normal, we replace the chicken every THREE days so there’s no chance the chicken is expired”. I knew that the taste of the chicken were NOT normal, but they refused to provide a refund. It was super disappointing and I would never go again."
