"The dining experience was terrible. The food was cold and the fries were unpleasant. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich lacked cheese despite my request, and the Italian beef was not appetizing. The chicken sandwich was tough, and my chicken wings and crinkle cut fries were forgotten, causing an additional 15-minute wait. Even after the wait, the fries were still not prepared correctly. Additionally, the price quoted over the phone was different from the price charged at pick-up. This was by far the worst food I have ever had; even my dogs wouldn't touch it."
