"I placed my order at 7:40, but it is now 9:40 and my food still has not arrived. This is extremely disappointing. It seems that they are very busy, causing the customer service to suffer. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I can't even comment on the food because I haven't received it yet and I know it's going to be cold. At 10:03, I still hadn't gotten my food, and although the person who answered the phone seemed upset, the manager didn't even bother to come to the phone to address the situation. I would advise others not to support this business as it lacks in customer service. It appears that they have taken my money more seriously than my food. Finally, at 10:25, my pizza and wings arrived, but they were ice cold."
