"I placed an order over the phone and was informed it would take approximately 20 minutes. After waiting, I drove to the restaurant to pick up my order. When I arrived, the young woman at the counter told me she needed to call her father before she could retrieve my order. I was patient and understood her situation. However, when she returned, she informed me that their online menu needed to be updated and they didn't have my order at all. Instead, she offered me a much smaller item, but that wasn't what I wanted, so I politely declined and left. This was my first time ordering from there, and I can't understand why they didn't mention the unavailability of my order when I called initially. It felt unprofessional, and despite the young woman's apparent regret about the situation, I don't think I'll be returning."
