We called Pho 135 and instead of admitting that this beef was not cooked, they told us that it was rare and that we had to cook it at home. Look at the photo and direct yourself. You said if we wanted to cook our food, we should have ordered it to eat. Your menu says nothing about the need to demand that they cook your food. The waitress who took our order didn't tell us we had to cook our own dinner. Why would someone pay a restaurant to cook only part of their meal? That would be like a burger community and asks to go for a quarter-peter, just to be presented with a bun and a ball of raw beef. If I wanted to cook my own dinner, I would have gone to the grocery store and bought the ingredients myself. We were hungry, so we went ahead and cook the food ourselves. It wasn't good.
