"Growing up in the area, this used to be my go to Safeway because of the convenience, proximity to the location, and the parking lot in general seemed nicer than on Redwood road. Over the years, the staff has gone from super nice and accommodating to now seeming like we 're bothering them and interrupting their daydream session. Specifically one employee who 's mentioned over 4 times in the past 6 months is Dorothy, with seemingly no meaningful changes from themanagement. She seems overly disrespectful and acts like her job is such an inconvenience to her. I tried to help her out by offering to bring an item closer to scan and she just rolls her eyes and tells me to put it down and sayscondescendingly it 's not time for that, sir. I shrug it off, maybe it 's just a difference of opinion in hospitality. She then begrudgingly tells me to pull up. So I walk up to the card reader, she rolls her eyes at me again then says the cart. Pull it up. maybe a misunderstanding(? Then once I pull the cart up I let her know I grabbed two containers of water in case she didn 't notice to which she responded more aggravated I have good vision, sir. No idea whatI did or said to deserve the attitude, but I won 't be coming back considering this employee has had several complaints against her and no change has happened."
