The classic burger is thick, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with no greasy or burnt taste. It is the best burger I have found in Richmond, comparable to that of a sit-down restaurant despite its fast casual setup. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, offering a menu suitable for toddlers and older children. While the outdoor seating overlooks a parking lot, I visit Burgerworks for the excellent food rather than the ambiance."
