"On Tuesday night, a group of 8 of us went to the restaurant and were informed that it would take approximately 45 minutes to seat us. We noticed that there were 2 open tables upstairs and were puzzled as to why it would take so long to combine them. We waited nearly the entire 45 minutes for the tables to be moved together, despite it being a slow night. Once we were finally seated, it took a good 10 minutes to place our drink orders, and another 10 minutes to receive them. One person in our group even had to go to the bar to get a glass of water. When our food arrived, it came out in sections as if we had all ordered our meals 5 to 10 minutes apart. Some of the food was cold and about half of the orders contained some sort of mistake. The garlic fries were essentially just plain fries with garlic piled on top of them. I didn't bother ordering a second drink, considering how long it took to get the first one. We were given discount cards for our next visit, but we soon realized that they were useless as they expired within a few days and we had no intention of returning."
