"Great Burgers. Ate here for lunch on a Friday in September. Their burgers are really good. It's completely unexpected. I certainly had my doubts, but was drug there by some coworkers. I'm glad they forced me to go. The burgers are very tasty and you cannot beat the price. I don't even know why they're in the donut business. They should focus on their burger business. Service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is a bit of a dive. It definitely needs gutted and redone, but once you bite into their burgers you won't care what the place looks like."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service at Gates Donuts. The worker with glasses who is always there was rude when my child asked if they sold churros. She replied, "We don't sell anything Mexican or make anything Mexican." My daughter was confused and just asked for one donut instead. I felt terrible that she made that comment. I apologize if our appearance caused any issue. I will not be returning to this establishment."
