"this place has closed although open table let me make reservations. not the best experience of open table while they try to pull an older family member all the way into the closed house door. olympia grill has been a popular restaurant of us on the galveston beach for years. I hope they can reopen in the opposite. we hate to see such an icon."

"I've had cracklins up and down. Louisiana and NOBODY makes's cracklins like DANNY BONNIE'S! I stop here every year I visit. I try to have it every other day. I eat the skin, and my honey eats the fat and meat. They are the best and they make them fresh when you order it. That spice and tartness make's it so yummy!"

"This was my first time at the restaurant. I attended a high school class gathering. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The atmosphere was very inviting, especially with the jazz musician entertainment. The food was very delicious. I was served the shrimp stuffed with crab meat. That was some really good food. Compliments to the chef! We had a wonderful time. Nice venue for an event. I plan to visit when I return to the Eastern shore this summer."
