"If you are looking for a trendy coffee shop with delicious coffee, mouthwatering food, and delightful staff then you should certainly check out Blue Hippo! Ever since we moved nearby, we have become huge fans of this place. The food is all so tasty and unique. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu (pro tip: try everything). The coffee is freshly brewed and always hits the spot. The ambiance is perfect- warm and inviting. There is a backyard that is super cute for when the weather is nice. The staff is always so welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. Most recently, I was fortunate enough to use Blue Hippo for their on-site catering. My guests loved that we were able to have the coffee shop to ourselves for a special event. They had so many compliments to share. I worked with Catherine and Monica from start to finish. They were super easy to work with and really wanted to do everything possible to make our event as wonderful as it was. There were a variety of food options to choose from and every single menu item that I had chosen was to die for. I highly encourage you to keep this place high up on the list of places you should visit regularly. You won’t receive the same quality and service at Starbucks, Dunkin’, or that other coffee shop you may already be familiar with. Check them out!"
