"I must say that we were pleasantly surprised. at the beginning, the entire plant is renovated and everything is in the disarray. there is currently only one handful of tables in the restaurant. the plans look very exciting and I understand it should be open in a few months. back to eat. the hot brown was excellent and the berkshire pork chop was really good with apples, fingering kartoffels and a pickled cabbage plate. the menu is a little small, but everyone around us seemed to comment on the high quality of food."
