"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, largely due to the poor service and lack of maintenance. After waiting 15 minutes for my beef noodle dish, I approached the counter and was told by a woman that it wasn’t ready yet. I noticed that no other customers were waiting, and the cook didn't seem to be working on my order. A few minutes later, the chef left the stall, and I showed him my order number. He returned to the stall, but then the rude staff informed me that they had run out of beef and offered me something else or a refund. I expressed my frustration about waiting 15 minutes only to be told this, and the woman shouted at me, asking what I wanted to do. It was frustrating to see such poor management; they clearly do not prioritize their customers."
