"Chilies McKellips Coming to check out the new bar menu. Waited 18 minutes at the bar top to receive service. Not welcoming, not friendly No smiles. No eye contact. No positive engagement. There were eight people in the entire bar area and the bar top was completely empty. The staff was congregated in the back area. After selecting my seat, 20 mins later) I moved 2 seats over to view the game on tv. Again there was no one else at the bar top. After I moved seats the bartender came to take the drink order, she cleared a glass water that was sitting there along with three drink napkins, she made a comment that those 3 seats were on hold Bartender was holding seats for regulars that were not here. We asked for a manager and no one on site. Approximately 10 mins later, A couple Customer arrived and Tension with staff and the two customers started , they were explaining whispering) what happened and blamed me for their seat disruption. Hey we had those saved! Then immediately The regular customer was frustrated because his game was not being shown on the TV and he became loud and firm in a disruptive open conversation between the bartender and front staff regarding which channels can be turned or changed which TV units cannot be turned regarding sports channels. Another regular female customer sits at the bar and calls out to the couple sitting next to me, stating; hey you guys are in the wrong seats, it must be uncomfortable for you. During my entire experience today, the two customers complained to staff entire time about us sitting in their saved assigned seats. We did not receive the same high level of service as the regular customer experienced. As we left , absolutely no acknowledgment of thank you, Hope see again and please come back. Nothing!!"
