"Well, when we went we weren't staying at the hotel...I had a voucher and the place was nice enough. The staff didn't have much to do, and you could tell. We were walking over to Chene Park after. I food arrived on time and pretty decent. The portions were good. The staff's knowledge of food was a bit limited as I asked about zip sauce with the steak and she had no clue what I meant. No big deal. IF there were more patrons it'd be quite the nice bar scene given it's Riverfront location and seclusion. It could also be quite romantic because it IS in a boutique hotel in downtown Detroit. I think it is quite underutilized and could definitely be raking in more money if they put some effort/money/advertising into it"
