"Felt really disrespected at this location a few days ago. My server, Che was super sassy rolling her eyes when my husband had asked about allergens in the food, sucking her teeth, and sighing. I didn 't do say anything except asking for management. It seemed as though the environment was tense, even though I thought I was being nice enough for the horrible service I had. Elijah, the supposed manager came to apologize on the server 's behalf, if I could even call it an apology. He just said he was sorry she hurt my feelings, and then offered a free meal. Hurt my feelings? Hire servers that actually value customers!!! Before I left, a lady who assume was the general manager, was seemingly asking Che questions to which she pointed at me and they both started laughing while my family and I walked out. I will never eat at a Juicy Crab again. Worst experience ever."
