"Angry. Made reservation to eat there with cousin who was guest at hotel. It was based on menu. I parked at hotel. Then restaurant had buffet only which cousin didn’t want so we went to outside restaurant. But hotel charged me $35 to park because I didn’t eat at restaurant. Will never go there again."

"I've never been a vegan restaurant, so I came here and looked at the menu and asked the cashier to suggest. they were very friendly and recommend the mushroom melt. So I ordered it with a side of pommes. the mushroom melt lives up to its name; the brot was a beautiful balance between crispy and damp, the mushroom melt toppings added a layer of creamy taste; the patty was rich and fat in texture. very tasty. they even put a cup ketchup in the pommes pocket and my name on the pocket. overall, it was the best sandwich I had all year. comes back."

"Get the Spirit Animal! This huge burger comes with bacon AND mac-n-cheese! It’s my favorite. The No Clucks Given is also tasty- a burger take on mashed potatoes, chicken, and gravy. The salads are tasty, and the desserts never disappoint. The staff are always friendly. Weekends they tend to get busy so if you want to eat right away, make a reservation to stave off the Hanger. Fun fact: the owners own The 6740 pub next door."

"our eating was excellent, service was super, and the atmosphere is wonderful! they had a fish special and it was amazing. the teig was so crispy, the fries were perfect, fresh koleslaw, house made wetar, but the surprise was the roggen- it is a homemade roggen with a savory butter. wow! my date had the ribeye, was so tasteful with great sides (fondant kartoffeln- yum! we finished with a cream brûlée and it was perfect. our server was also great and attentive. thanks for a great night!"

"Came for the first time after multiple recommendations. I've recently underwent a lifestyle change and have been attempting to eat vegan for little under 2 weeks now. It was originally a daunting task and I was worried about a lack of flavorful options.Heart and Soy has completely changed my perspective on veganism. Their prices are fair and the number of vegan options is almost overwhelming. The food was prepared fresh and served quickly. Not to mention delicious as well. I can't wait to return!"

"Friend had raved about this place, but I realize now it's likely more for the very knowledgeable bartenders. My food was kind of awful, actually. My prime rib tartare app was not a fresh pink, but mottled with grey and brown beef...not sure if old meat or partially cooked? There was also a shrimp peel in it. I separately ordered 2 of the shrimp cocktail, but I could taste what seemed like dirty hands had touched them, not cold enough either. I had the fish and chips special and never have experienced such stringy fish...didn't know fish ever got stringy...the fries were bland and super dry. My husband was also not impressed with his food and we both feel it was extraordinarily overpriced for what it was. We are in our 50s and very experienced restaurant visitors in Fairfield county. This place seemed like a lot of attitude with few fine touches to back it up. Kind of a d-bag parade, which I usually enjoy, but the food was certainly sub par."

"The cocktails are excellent and the beer selection is always changing, making for a great experience. Some of the best performances I have seen in Newburgh have been at this restaurant. The artists are top-notch and the DJs really know how to keep the energy up in the room. Sam, who I think is the owner or manager, always makes me fantastic cocktails and remembers my preferences, impressing me every time. He definitely deserves his tips."

"I generally really like this little place for take out chicken in the lower Haight... They serve large pieces of crispy, meaty chicken and all orders are freshly prepared as they are placed. Unfortunately, last time I was in, it tasted like the oil usedin the fryer was a little older than it should have been. Also, I found my order to be over cooked (for the first time , leavingit a little dry. That 's normally not the case... perhaps it was an off night. Also, I find my chicken only orders from WingWings to be priced a little higher than other similar offerings available in the general area. Overall, I recommend giving thema try next time your looking for fried chicken or wings... (the sides are pretty good too."
