"Beautiful place, phenomenal food! Huge portions. We did feel very rushed by the waitress. We were still eating as the waitstaff asked to wrap up our food for take home and at the same time handed us a dessert menu. We had to ask them to please slow down and let us finish. "I have a gluten allergy, and this is really the happiest thing I've ever eaten before my allergy develops. This restaurant is so authentic and almost everything on the menu can be made gluten-free. Michelle (our server) took care of us from the very beginning. They make gluten-free pasta in the house. My pasta was the most delicious meal I've had for years. This is an absolute must for everyone with a gluten allergy. I'll come back as soon as possible."

"I was a regular customer for last year or so. I will prefer this by saying that I only ordered pizza (both the special pizza and build your own) It is my 'go to' place for pizza, I usually 2-3 times a month. I find the pizza to EXCELLENT, one of the BEST in the Chicope range. I like the website for online ordering. Quality ingredients, good food, fair, competitive prices, simple online order eliminates the need to call and order. I notice fair sales at the front desk, but the staff is always polite. My only handle is the location (and parking lot) it is a multi-tenant stripe marble, and sometimes sucks the parking lot. Other than that, great pizza, enjoy!"

"I used to order from this place when it was called Penelope's so I decided to give Rony's a try. I ordered a large plain pizza for take out. That's it. A simple order. Got the pizza burned. Took it back inside to get my money back. Was offered another large plain that was already in another box, but I didn't want it. (How long has it been sitting there? Who knows, who cares The owner, I'm guessing, starts talking back to me when I simply stated I wanted my money back. Mind you, I was not being hostile at all. He just didn't want to waste money and throw out the pizza. Maybe don't burn the pizza for your customers next time. So get this, he said it was my fault and that I should've asked for a lightly cooked pizza. Really? You mean that I have to call and order a lightly cooked pizza every time because you don't know how to make pizzas? So, please tell me, who calls and orders a burned pizza? Instead of apologizing, he keeps running his mouth and tells me how he has lots of customers (yet his parking lot is empty). I feel sorry for the fools who order anything from this dirty pizza place. By the way, what do you think he did with the burned pizza he gave me after I returned it? Do you think he threw it out? Nope! He put it on top of his oven and will probably try to pass it off on the next customer. I wouldn't give Rony's pizza to a starving rat, it's that bad."

"We made a reservation and arrived on time, but no one acknowledged us. Finally, the manager looked at us and asked if we were waiting for a table. After waiting for 20 more minutes and at least six different staff members passing by us, we decided to leave. We never had the opportunity to taste the food, and we would not return due to the poor experience."

"I love diner food and don't expect much re: atmosphere, but this one was a little grimier than typical. When I go to a greasy spoon for breakfast, at the very least I expect really good coffee. Their's was horribly harsh and no amount of cream and sugar could fix it. OJ, equally bad bitter, expired maybe. Drank 2 sips. The plain pancakes that I ordered were excellent but could not make up for the horrid coffee and OJ, thus 3 stars only."

"Their pizza is amazing, it’s so flavorful and not dry at all. They are very fair with the toppings. Best pizza ever!Also the staff is great. I order through DoorDash and had a special request and they called me to let me know that they did it. I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to do it but they did. I was soo soo soo happy!"

"Slices are filling and service is fast and friendly... as for the discs. the dough is dense, so expect a heavy slice. Kruste is not thick, but also dense.. The dough is resistant to chewing. Sauce is wet and on saucy side... but not as tasty as I want. Cheese is abundant with beautiful train and chewing. I filled mine with some pepper flakes and oregano and it tasted perfect. Pro Tip: Ask for lunch special: 2 slices and a can soda $6."

"The food came out luke warm. Great flavor but not hot enough. They were busy so I will take that as a good reason. Our waitress wouldn't even get one star. Amy was rude. We were sat at a table that actually rocked back and forth when we asked if she could do something about it she told us she didn't know. Fair enough then go ask someone else what can be done...didn't happen. I asked another waitress and she offered us to move to the next table which we did. We were eating and the people in the booth next to us left. Silverware were put on the table before it was wiped. Amy came over with her cloth and wiped around the silverware. I told another worker and he recleaned the table. Amy asked if we wanted more drinks my husband and I answered no but our friends were thinking about it she didn't give them a chance to answer and said again DRINKS!! When we paid I complained to the young man and he said ya sometimes she is in a bad mood Well then (Karen) I mean Amy you should stay home and not take it out on paying customers. Ok done venting...usually our experiences here are good ones. However today Amy happened!!!"

"We have always liked the quality of food , service and family environment of Vincitorios. But like many other COVID pandemic had an impact on both during the past couple of years. However, no more.....Vincitorios is back to its highest level of food, service and environment. Our family had a wonderful dinner celebrating my father's 82nd birthday and we genuinely didn't want to leave when dinner was over. The talent of their long time musicians Sarah Vanell and Billy Ward only added to the special night. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly customer service over the phone from Laurie. We placed an order for the beef brisket dinner with fries and macaroni and cheese. To our delight, the food arrived in just 25 minutes, much quicker than the estimated 45 minutes. This speedy delivery was a pleasant surprise as we were quite hungry. "The food isn't bad and portions are large.. It would be nice if they could get the order right. Who ever is answering the phone does not listen and does not know the menu. When you ask for them to repeat the order the woman who is answering has an attitude. The biggest problem is her English is not very good and has a difficult understanding orders, which causes the customer not getting what they have ordered. This has happened to us several times, I may rethink and order elsewhere next time"
