"we have eaten in the restaurant next door, but have never eaten in chen yang li. the place is beautifully furnished for the Kovid facilities and even has a hand sanitizer station. it looks like they make an ugly take-out service and the physical sitting area was clean and mostly empty on an early dinner at 17 o'clock on Thursday. the waiting staff was very good and very accommodating for my grandson. they went out of their way to make sure that he was comfortable, well fed and happy. now to eat. the suppers and the sushi were the top notch. the Asian specialties were also over and beyond. the ananas fried rice was almost as good as my favorite place in singapur. all about a great experience and we will be back again and again. To be honest, I would drive the 30 minutes both away from home, just to get the ananas fried rice as a trip."

"My husband and I really like this place. The food we have ordered has generally been very good and the woman who works there or maybe is the owner is very sweet. Yes, occasionally something will be on the bland side (as other reviewers have noted) but for the most part the food is quite good and the prices are very reasonable. I really like that you can get small orders for dinner bc even the small order has a lot of food and it's very cheaply priced also we don't end up throwing a bunch of food out bc it's more than enough but not too much. My favorite dish is the spicy tangy wonton appetizer the sauce is great and I even put it on my entree, moo Shu chicken, which is also very good. The egg rolls are some of the best I've had very crispy but not greasy, and good flavor. I do wish that the hot sour soup had more flavor and kick usually that's one of my favorite Chinese dishes, but theirs is not my favorite...i like the egg drop and wonton soup though. In my opinion they have very solid Chinese food. We get carry out at least twice a month."

"An order for the first time Friday evening of the Lord with my order over the phone was very pleasant and took the time to explain some of their menu items for me, ordered a large paprika pizza, which was excellent the best I had in very long time, a cold cut sub, which was also very good and a cheese steak sub, which was excellent no complaints here except I wish would have ordered her fries LOL. Will definitely eat there again"

"It's deliciously clean Tasty. Had the Wong pliers soup with egg noodles. The broth was delicious with the fresh Wong pliers, meat inside very well fresh. and the small squares of the roasted onion was a beautiful note above. And an excerpt I had with Delicious Mongolian beef Choosing noodle. And because it was lunch, I had the delicious pot sticker. The service, the waiter was very good, helpful and knowledgeable for food. to help with the big decisions. Together with Jasmine Tea. Thanks for all great works; the back and front of the house. "My first impression of Rui 's Shanghai Bistro as I walked in, gave me that vibe of one of those modern infusion type eateries like you see in a movie where your served your meal made out of foam ? very spacious and extremely clean. The bathrooms are very clean also. Something that 's rare these days. Service was very quick and the food is fresh and hot. The staff are very friendly but focused on serving the customer. "Good Chinese food and decent portions at a decent price. Just went to lunch at Ba Dar with my husband. Just as good as it has always been. For starters, we both had the egg drop soup with the crispy won ton wraps with sweet and sour sauce that they bring to the table. My husband had the Mongolian Chicken and I had the Chicken Lo Mein. Both dishes tasted very good. I can remember this restaurant being open back when I was younger for certain in the 80's. Any restaurant that is still in business since the 1980's must be doing something right! Take the time to stop by Ba Dar Chinese restaurant for lunch or dinner. I think you will enjoy it."

"The food is really good here. The shrimp egg foo young is great as is the shrimp with snow peas, black peppered chicken, crab rangoons and pork fried egg rolls. The only thing that had gone downhill a little bit is the Mongolian beef because it had gotten really fatty. I wasn't able to eat the majority of the beef because it was hard and gristley. They also have really great Thai Tea and sweet and sour sauce. All in all, we will be back for some good Chinese food."
