To explain why came from the owner/manager, he stated the oil for deep frying wasn't hot enough, so since the wait was long for our meal our waitress kept bringing chips and salsa. The owner politely only charged us for the drinks, which I would've never done. If he had simply thanked us for coming in we would give them another chance. So if you want to make a 45 min.
