"Lamb Gyro wasnt wrapped well, had difficulty handling it. Nothing special flavor wise. Chicken wings werent what I expected. Decent, average fried chicken. Fries were good, crunchy but not salted. Mozzarella sticks were cold by the time I got to them. Also average. Overall mid. Could use more seasoning. Was pretty bland."

"This is a terrible place I called for catering and they wouldn't say that I had to come and pay, but I had an event and couldn't be too late I made a word wrong and the guy screamed on the phone and they cursed me out and canceled my order and I heard from other people that there was chicken and meals not Halal and his not FDA approved and in quite sure that there was a good dose. Such a terrible place my friends told me I called this place because he had a friend who works here, said it was a good place and would never recommend it."

"This is my First and last experience at this establishment. I called a pick up order in at 11:12 am for 3 chicken gyros and 3 small fries, the lady that took my call said it would be 20 minutes for my order to be complete. I got busy at work and ended up getting to New York Gyro at 11:55 am. At which point i told the lady that was working by herself that i was here for my pickup of 3 gyros. She proceded to look at me like a deer in headlights and said oh yeah sorry i honestly didnt even start your order yet.............this was my first visit to this place and what a terrible experience it was i walked out and ended up getting wawa instead. Im not looking for any freebies or sympothy simply stating this was a horrible experience and for someone ordering lunch who is on a time crunch this is not how your business should be ran.. And to add to this i saw a review about hair in the food and a response from the owner saying you guys wear gloves and hair nets. the lady did not have gloves on or a hair net when she was handling the food"

"Finally a good, traditional gyro in Dallas!! At this time, they're doing carry out and limited seating but there is a small art installation with tables and benches two doors down so it's still super convenient. We got the traditional gyros with Greek fries and they were delicious. Veggies were fresh, meat was crispy and tender, tzaziki was smooth and refreshing. The fries were very good, with (I think) Greek oregano adding a little sweetness to complement the feta. So so so good!"
