"So we did guys night out last night and we had an awesome time! Our waiter did a great job and we loved the food!! I ordered the Ponchatrain dish and the Bananas foster for dessert. The dessert was so good I wanted to bribe the waiter for the recipe. Yes it was that good!! I’ve been here a few times before and it was impeccable service every single time. Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in all of Houston!!! Highly recommend!!!!!"

"We arrived late the first night and got a table right away. The crab sampler is great for someone who loves crab and wants to try different kinds. What fun to smack them with the wooden mallets. We went back a second time earlier in the evening. I didn't know there were that many people in Florida but they were all there for crab. We did have to wait about 40 minutes but our waiter was right there to take our order and I bet it wasn't 10 minutes before we were eating crab and lobster again. I would wait an hour for a meal here."

"Love this place! Visiting from NC and we definitely need this place back home! I had the Peachtree Street to drink was made to perfection, the Rose` linguine is amazing, we also had cosmopolitans and the veal pastrami sandwich which were also delicious! Again I say....PLEASE bring this to NC! Ryan our waiter was awesome, very helpful! Atmosphere and restaurant layout is great...definitely will co.e back for brunch some jazz! A big thank you to Ryan our waiter for everything!"

"The food at this restaurant is of high quality, but it is on the more expensive side. However, the delivery service is slow. I don't mind waiting as long as I am given an accurate estimate. I was disappointed when I was told that my order had been sent out and would only take a few minutes, only to have it arrive much later. It would have been better if they had been honest about the wait time from the beginning."

"Name of the restaurant implies a much higher degree of quality. Sushi was food court quality as best! Menus were printed on blotchy and folded paper on what seemed like a malfunctioning home printer. Salad dressing was more runny than typical. Spring roll contents seemed mushy like puréed baby food. White fish sashimi was not the typical white fish. It was certainly white but a different consistency and texture, almost gelatinous. Overall, the sushi didn’t taste that fresh and pieces of the Eel roll were falling apart because they weren’t wrapped tightly enough"

"We just moved to this area, and we were SO EXCITED this place was still here after we visited 3 years ago. And I will say, the sushi was still amazing. But at lunch on a Friday, not only was it not busy, the service was terrible. And there were only maybe 6 tables being used. On top of that, the waitress over charged me on the lunch special and said it was because I chose a cheaper roll than the special. Yes, I chose a cheaper roll, so she charged me more....? The food wasn't worth the experience and honeslty the place could use a good cleaning and update. They did earn the 1 star for good food."

"I have been a frequent customer of Kumo for the past 12 years. During the Pandemic they only did carry out and delivery. This month I have visited them four times. Here are my observations: Service: AWESOME!!! They have really gone from outstanding to AWESOME! Food: OUTSTANDING! I don't work close to Kumo anymore, so I tried multiple sushi places and they all suck. Kumo has the best Sushi in Northern Virginia. I have become an addict to the their lunch menu. Check it out on their site, better yet, go there for lunch. You can get 3 high quality Sushi Rolls, a Miso soup or a Salad for $18.00. Ambiance: Nice super clean environment. Great place for Lunch or to take a date in the evening. I strongly recommend this great hidden gem."
