"Been coming here way before pandemic and it was great. BUT, now I have to take this place off my favorites list. I noticed the decline in quality when I came back after the pandemic. Since then it left a big question mark for me. Since I was in the area I decided to give this place another shot. Thinking maybe last time was just some fluke. But the moment I sat down I knew nothing has changed and it has even gotten worse. There was nothing on the conveyer belt but signs and fortune cookies. They had a couple of rolls that was pretty obvious that nobody wanted and had sat on the belt for hours. The waitress brings over a menu in which I’m even too disappointed to ask if they were even going to restock the belt. I didn’t even eat! I just watched my family ate a couple items they ordered; as I was antsy to leave. They even lied to us about the gratuity. Of all the places I’ve dined at, if I have a party of 5 or more, it was made pretty clear before you walk in about the gratuity charges or it is posted all over there menus. But not this place. When asked, the waitress states its on there website. Which is NOT! I wouldn’t be surprise if it gets added on after this review. Nevertheless, will never come back, and will not recommend."
