"Excellent food very fresh! I have been very disappointed with all our other local dinners lately and nearly forgot about acropolis (moved away for a few years) they are by far the best diner in town great food great people I go nearly every morning. I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but one of their longest working servers tends to walk around causing problems with the other servers and complaining about the owners right in front of customers and it makes me uncomfortable. Everyone else is happy and great at their jobs and love the owners. "have been here a few times now with the bf and with the kiddos. we love this place. you can have a nice quiet meal with no drama. could eat there a couple times a week and not kill the pockets. food is good, but i always get the tuna melt so can't speak for anything else on the menu! lol. service is professional and quick."

"Chicago's Stuffed Pizza is deep dish perfected. I don't understand how that extra layer of crust can change so much. It's an honest cascade of flavors and textures with every bite. At first the spices from the sauce surprise you as they rush the tongue from the top of the slice. Breaking through the crust let's you enjoy the trapped toppings waiting for their cue. Their flavors and textures excited to show off. The final push gives your tongue a mellow moment alone with that oh so chewy cheese. A respite to be savored. That is before the sauce has a chance to swing back in to pick up where it left off. Eventually they all get to work together as nature intended. A series of solo performances melding into a cooperative harmony. It was a truly enjoyable experience with every bite. Definitely worth the drive."

"Mrs. Mac’s Kitchen II is pretty much legendary in South Florida and a wonderful place to pull off the side of the road for a slice of their award winning Key Lime Pie. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Key Largo after reading the great reviews. The hand painted slogan on the outside of the building was a welcomed sight Eat well, laugh often, live long! The parking lot was packed, as was the restaurant, but we were welcomed in and seated within a few minutes. The kitschy and eclectic design was everything you’d hope for from a small island diner: a hand blown glass Octopus chandelier, nautical themed fishing equipment, ceiling panels that resembled the open sky, palm trees, seashells, fish window decals, license plate lamp covers and an oversized bar, surrounded in bar stools, anchored in the center of the restaurant. Even the shell themed bathroom sink and pirate’s themed wall hanging in the hall added to the overall appeal. I was very happy to find Vegetarian plates, as well as a few Vegan options and the teenager and husband were excited about the seafood. We selected our meals from the lunch menu which runs from 11:00 5:00 Monday through Saturday. I chose the Veggie Saucer a Pita bread sandwich with two different slices of cheese, cucumbers, lettuce, tomato’s, onions, mayo, arugula and special sauce. The sandwiches include pickle slices and your choice of ruffled chips, slaw or cottage fries. My husband ordered a Fried Oyster Dockside sandwich served on a hoagie with shredded lettuce, tomato’s pickle slices and an upgraded side of fried pickles. The teen ordered Coconut Shrimp and left nothing on the plate but the Shrimp tails! The Key Lime Pie was everything we’d hoped for and the perfect way to end our meal! Pros: Large menu including something for everyone seafood lovers, picky eaters, kids, vegetarians and vegans. The hostess and servers were very welcoming and attentive. The decor and ambiance is exactly what you’d imagine a small island diner could be! Cons: Small parking lot and very busy during peak hours, but we’ll worth the wait!"

I was charged $20.10, which is $2 more than my previous orders. I typically order this same style of pizza at least twice a month, and the price has always been $18.00. I usually leave a $2 tip to round it up to $20."

"Attention Gluten free pizza lovers!! We really enjoyed this place. They had a gluten free deep dish pizza that was honestly pretty good (I?m don?t normally eat gluten free). They also had some incredible bread they served us before the pizza came out. The place was quaint and totally refreshing compared to some other big name pizza places (which are still good, don?t get me wrong). Attaching some photos of the pizza vibe. "I ordered a rainbow roll mango sticky rice last night, it was perfect. Ordered three rolls that were a total joke tipped big got ripped off. Can?t help but be MORE than frustrated with this. I absolutely feel ripped off. I paid WAY too much for what I got I said DO NOT PUT GINGER ON ANY OFF THE PLATES, I?m allergic to it. And, they put it on every plate. Just so frustrated. I know not even worth bothering calling to complain, they don?t care. But, had to express my frustration somehow. You can see this difference in the pictures. Just wow! So mad!!"

"I love Mexican food and have visited many Mexican restaurants in my day. I know this is a chain and I 've been to various locations for FG and that other chain TQ. It 's very nice to know whenever I come here it 's consistent and delicious. I 've never had a problem with the food... Es la Bomba! Service is always top notch. Try the Mole.. Pronounced Mo-Lay chicken enchiladas. They are sweet heaven. What can I say but EAT HERE! The Good: The Salsa? Everything! Price, service, speed, quality, cleanliness. ALL Good. We love it! The Bad: Sometimes it 's busy. A good sign of a great place.. but not if you don 't want to wait. For now this is a place I can pretty much expect to be happy. I do recommend it."

"The food was bombardment! We enjoyed the chips and salsa, it also came with some Coleslaw type salsa, which was quite delicious. I had the Asada plate, Asada boiled medium. It was amazing! The steak was wonderfully seasoned and it had my favorite Mexican farewell on the plate with everything, a grilled jalapeño! Yum. My fiancée enjoyed an Asada Taco salad, just some of the most delicious steak on a salad with salsa and a crispy chip for a bowl. It was pretty dang good, Steak was amazing. We're coming back!"
