"I'm done with your restaurant. It was good at first but you guys don't understand customer service. If I call in an order and you tell me 15 minutes and I give you 20 then you don't acknowledge me in the restaurant for 10 more minutes and literally do not speak to me, I'm walking."

"Horrid! Glass walls everywhere to try to convey order. Ordered shrimp steak hibachi with no soy sauce to go. 4/5ths of styrofoam container filled with gloppy white rice, 3 small shrimp and 5 small cubes of extremely tough steak, 2 slivers of zucchini 2 pieces of mushroom 12.50! Never ever again! Even yum yum sauce (1) was prepackaged watery. When I requested an extra yum yum sauce was told it would be .75 extra….NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!"
