"My husband and I were in search of a new fish and chips restaurant since our favorite spot, The Catch, is no longer in Killeen or Temple. After reading some recent reviews, we decided to give a new place a try. Despite its unkempt appearance and location in a questionable area, we walked into the restaurant with an open mind, hoping it was a hidden gem. However, we were greeted by a dirty and deteriorating building, with an unresponsive cook and a lack of customer service. After a few minutes of waiting, my husband decided we should leave. As we were walking out, I politely asked for a menu to take home, only to receive a rude response from the cook. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant."
