"How difficult is it to get a 3 ingredient burger done correctly? We made it very clear that for my burger there was a food allergy to mustard. To make it simple I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and grilled onions ONLY! Nope came out with everything including mustard! The remake they STILL couldn’t get correct but at least this time they just left off an ingredient that we paid extra for (the grilled onions). The owner or manager needs to step up and pay closer attention because the cooking has seriously gone downhill! The remade burger was dried out (like a hockey puck) the bun was hard and seemed stale. I’m actually now on my way to McDonald’s to get something that doesn’t look like it was made 2 days ago. It’s really sad because we had been loyal customers for years but we are done. I’ll see about posting a photo of the burger after I get something decent to eat! Really sad commentary that a McDonald’s cheeseburger is more moist that the burger at Billy Bob’s. Oh and before writing and posting this review I did attempt to call and speak with the manager but as others have said in their reviews there was NO answer! I tried 3 different times and let it ring at least 20 times each call!"
