"This is our favorite spot to get something quick and fresh to eat on the spur of the moment. However, our server Jessie was the worst experience ever. She didn't come to great us or take our order. She brought us water and said she would be back. We waited for 10 minutes or more to take our order. It was so bad that the host came and took our order. Jessie never checked if we needed anything. Our order was wrong. She brought us the check and had a 30 minute conversation with another table while we waited for her to come back. The table was literally 2 feet away from ours. She could have glanced and check if we were ready. It was late and we had an early meeting in the morning. She had no sense to communicate. I never experienced anything like this. We have had many different servers at Brown Butter and everyone was very courteous, professional, and served as they should. We don't expect to be doted on or have long winded conversations with the server. However, we do expect to be acknowledged as a customer who is paying for a service. On that night, we did not get that once our table was assigned to Jessie. Brown Butter you can do better. Jessie, if you are being paid to be a server, then serve the customers."
