"On Friday, May 5, 2023, I ordered a Grilled chicken plate at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The chicken was old, dried out, and had gone bad. The manager, who seemed young and inexperienced, was rude and unhelpful. The bathrooms were disgustingly dirty, clearly not cleaned for months. The service was slow, and the waitress lacked basic waiting skills. The entire place was filthy, with food debris on the floor and dirty napkins left under tables. Additionally, I was overcharged for side items such as sour cream and avocado, priced at $2.99 each for a small portion. The manager failed to offer an apology or discount for the bad chicken, demonstrating a lack of both managerial and customer service skills. I have attached pictures for reference."
