"20% tip mandatory on groups of 6+. That 's higher than typical elsewhere of 18% for groups, but I knew this in advance, so no gripe. When bill arrived 20% had been charged not only on food and bev, but also on top of tax! Was told that 's how the computer does it um, no, that 's called gouging customers. If baseline service had been at 20% quality, a few extra bucks would have been fine. I 'm happy to tip very well for great service. But service was not even 20% level. Very pleasant, but not expert. Repeat requests for things, plus salads brought WAY in advance of any hot appetizers, etc. Awkward. Been taken here a few times with a good friend who is a big fan; food generally good, but we shall give this place a little rest."
