"Every time I go to this location I order the same thing and every time I go to this location they leave an item out I never go back for the item gas prices the way they are but today when I order six pies they made me wait a half an hour for those pies and the goof tard comes out to my car and ask me if I'm the order with the pies doesn't put the pies in the bag when I went to go talk to management Santee or whatever his name is Indian looking dude he didn't seem concerned one way or another like when I get off work this is what I want to do for a living come on man I just want what I paid for from the dirty bird..."

"I worked my way up to district manager at a Church's Chicken in Tennessee, so I am familiar with the quality they can achieve. Unfortunately, this particular store always falls short. The chicken we ordered was served at room temperature and the crust was torn up, leading to greasy and dry chicken. I am disappointed because I keep hoping for improvement. One positive aspect was that the young lady working there made us fresh fried okra."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, the lobby was closed so you have to either use the drive-thru or walk up to the window. If speed and cold food are important to you, definitely go through the drive-thru. There was a car in front of me and I had to wait a long time to place my order. The person on the speaker was impossible to understand because it sounded like the loudspeaker was broken. When I finally received my order, it was wrong - I asked for two pieces of sharp chicken and only received one normal piece. The chicken was not hot and seemed old and dry. To top it off, they only accepted cash even though there was no sign indicating this. I will never go back and I would advise others to do the same. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but that is no excuse for being rude. No thank you."

"The food at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. Our order of 6 biscuits felt like rocks, the coleslaw was just a plain salad, the fries were limp, and the chicken skin wasn't even attached to the meat. When I called to complain, the manager wasn't available for 2.5 hours, so I had to call back. Despite my request for a refund, the manager insisted on giving me fresh food instead. This was unacceptable, as the food should have been fresh to begin with. The overall quality of the food we received completely turned me off from this restaurant. After making my point, I was instructed to return with my card and the food (3 hours old) in order to receive a refund."

"We do grub hub and picked up an order at this location and it actually looked pretty good. Used to like Popeyes but it got gross and liked then disliked then liked KFC again but we figured we'd try Church's since reviews stated it was better than KFC. It was NOT. It was absolutely gross. Did the BBQ since the other franchises don't have that option. Dry, rubbery, tough and the inside was greasy. Mashed potatoes tasted like wax. And it's not half a chicken which is the only way to order. It's basically three pieces with third being a wing, not separated and you get charged double. The regular tasted like corn flakes. No thanks would not recommend."

"While there may be some negative stereotypes about these churches, my experience was quite the opposite. I had a wonderful time, thanks in part to the friendly staff. While I waited for my lunch, I also met some incredibly interesting people both inside and outside the churches. I truly enjoyed it. As for parking, there are always spots available."

"Told Both restroom were out of order, probably because they don't want to clean them, I said I only wanted to wash my hands and they said the water don't work. Also soda machine is not working. I ordered a 5 pice chicken and was given a sandwich, then Told no worry's same price,the chicken had no flavor taste like cardboard, no spice."

"I visited by nc and was glad to see that there was a church close by. Much to my disappointment I ordered the two pieces sharp, mixed with an ohr of mais. the young lady who took our order, it en massed royally. the huh was not sharp, she gave me coleslaw and mais, and there was a charge I was not informed about. when I opened my box, the chest was as small as a bat. When I showed her how small the piece was huh, she just cried. the chicken pieces of the church were formerly huge, and now they look like the small parts. I was exaggerated that the brot was so thick that it was barely edible. not much huh. a total waste of money and calorie to eat this waste. Church, you failed!"
