"I've never found the need to write an evaluation, but was quite shocked in the service a few days ago from anodyne in the public market. I would say I'm a regular at the location wauwatosa. I'll grab my coffee a few times a month. I had a meeting in the inner city was quite excited to find out that there was another anodyne location! I waited there for a bit when two women spoke in the corner. one of them looked in my direction, so I think they saw me. I understand, maybe they talked about something important, but I felt like I had been released somehow. there was a petit blonde girl who finally approached me (sorry, did not get her names). no gruß, no nothing. not even an eye contact! I asked about my coffee and she did it. I wanted to go to the pick-up the two women went on to conduct their own talk without standing there! I felt like I was totally ignored at the end. as if I had penetrated her room. the experience and the personal in tosa are always super nice and friendly. what happens in the city? I have noticed the other reviews that they have some problems with customer service that I have seen definitiw. coffee was just fine. Maybe it was because of the experience I had, but the Tosa location makes it better. I don't think I'm back in the city."
