"BEST frozen treat place in Chicago, hands down. I’m a huge fan of the brownie sundae (ask for it with turtle ice cream, trust me) and the mojito and pomegranate Italian ice. Im a loyal weekly costumer of the frozen lemonade they currently have frozen limeade for their August special that is truly the best thing I’ve ever tried. They are cash only but don’t worry if you don’t have cash on hand there’s an ATM directly next door. Annette is a creative genius and such a gem!!"

"Bobbie’s dairy dip has been a Nashville institution since 1951 and holds many of the 50’s charm with dancing ice cone painted on the wall and many delicious milkshakes with names like the chubby checker. the menu was updated to include two veggie burger options. one of them is simply a frozen name brand patty, but their black bohnenburger is made in-house and is with guacamole, jalapenos and salsa topped. "Not all ice creams are equal, this ice cream is definitely more equal than others. Bennets is a testament to that. Old fashioned handmade ice creams are really something special. On this day I had a hand pressed stick vanilla ice cream coated in chocolate and almonds. The vanilla was not too sweet, the coating slightly salted, the chocolate slightly dark, maybe 50% cocoa. Ffs this was really really good. Its an ice cream that I will miss till I get to have it again."
