"4 out of 5 stars simply because the sign says, Lobby Open , and due to staffing shortages the doors were all still locked. Over a dozen people tried to go inside and could not. This has happened numerous times in the last couple weeks to us.Food is always good! We usually use the app to order as the line is sometimes obscenely long, with double lines hanging out onto Chicago drive..... The workers are doing the best they can, with who shows up. We appreciate them!!!(Side note: Sadly, after some COVID updates, the app orders pick up location has switched to the side of the building where you enter the drive thru. [It used to be better located on the opposite side of the building, where the puck up windows are. NOW, if you go during a busy time for pick up, you cannot even get into, or out of, the pickup food spots, as there are sometimes 2 sold lanes of non-movinh traffic waiting in the drive thru line.The app pick up spots really need to be relocated back to the other side."

"The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. When I walked in, all the employees stopped what they were doing and greeted me with a warm welcome. It wasn't just a generic greeting, they made it personal. The staff were well-trained and they even brought our food to our table and asked if we needed anything else. I was impressed by the level of service. I would highly recommend this McDonald's location."

"Disappointing. However, I should start by complimenting our server, Jamie. He was delightful and tried his best. But, he was the only one there and had to do it all--set the tables, pour the water, take and bring the orders, etc. This is the Hyatt! How could they not provide more help. The host ?manager) assisted very very little. The food was just ok. The restaurant opens at 5. We arrived at 7 and they were already out of some dishes including the one I noted online and was most interested in). The sausage soup has 2 little pieces of sausage and was very salty. I did send it back and noticed that the chef seemed upset by that. I have read the other reviews. Maybe, we were just there at the wrong time/wrong day; however, for us there is no reason to go back there when there are plenty of other good restaurants in the area."

"Waited in drive thru for 22 minutes before finally ordering. I ordered 3 drinks and an ice cream cone. When I got to the pickup window they handed me the cone that was dumped upside down and in a cup. Not what I wanted. They did remake the cone but 3 people handled it before finally handing it to me. Then after getting the cone, I still waited on getting my drinks. I ordered 1 large Unsweet Tea and 2 large Sweet Teas. After getting the drinks, they were all unsweet. I handed her back the 2 drinks and asked for SWEET TEA. She actually argued with me that she knows for a fact they were sweet . I said I promise they are all unsweetened and I would like the 2 sweet. After a few minutes and 3 people standing at the window looking at me, she finally handed me my 2 drinks. As I pulled away from the window the young man working inside yelled something at me. After driving away, I promptly threw the drinks away because I didn 't trust they didn 't do something to them. This is the worst service I 've ever had at any McDonald 's and I definitely WON 'T be back to this particular McDonald 's again. Not only were the employees slow but they were extremely rude. There are plenty of other McDonald 's I can do business with. I don 't care if I have to drive further. I refuse to be treated so poorly when I never one time was rude or angry with the employees."

"This has to be one of the WORST McDonald 's EVER. My wife and waited inline to place our order but the guy at the counter made us order from the kiosk because they were backed up . There were literally less than ten people in the restaurant, including a manager and supervisor sitting at one of the many open tables. And there were ZERO cars at the drive thru. The dude at the counter then started to touch every table (restaurant speak for checking in on their guests), so I 'll give them credit for that. Other than that, for a corporate monster, this joint SUCKS. Do yourself a favor and go to the Carl 's Jr. next door."

"The oil was old and the fries were so hard that they crumbled. When I asked the employee did she see the fries? Her response was that they all are like that because the oil was old. "I went in the evening, and they took it to calculate me for a big frit when I ordered a sandwich and a drink, I speak about the extra $3-4. I went into the window and they have a manager there cool, so I ask why it is 3-4 dollars from the meal and rink price they said, oh it is because they get the meal. So we have a basic exchange of why I am being accused and automatically accused for a fry, they fix the order and total what it should be, then after the attempt to apologize for possibly coming out of the rude, they simply window in my face and glare at me like I am the problem and not there rude unreasonable co-workers. gosh just ask them if I want the fry, they don't cheat me or other people."

"The owners keep hiring new people, which causes extremely long wait times. I wait on average 17 min to get a coffee and sandwich in the drive thru for the last month. The owners are greedy and won't pay good employees enough to stay at this store, so they hire kids who don't care. Sat waiting at the pickup window with my coffee sitting in window and had to watch a 17 yr old girl with her back to me start dancing while two other employees who were facing me just ignored me and watched her do her dance. I finally knocked on the window to get her to give me my coffee. Ridiculous ...just simply ridiculous. I complain to no avail as they just don't care and never have I had a response from anyone. I'm Going to contact world headquarters office soon and see if they care."

"As McDonald's restaurants go, this one is the cream of the crop! Clean! Friendly! Food is obviously prepared with care! Great effort by this team! The only gripe is that they took away self-serve drinking fountains and condiments with the recent remodel. This move keeps the restaurant much cleaner, but only works if the service is attentive. "I feel like I know what I'm in for when it comes to getting McDonald's, but apparently I don't! Oh how times have changed! Our previous trip to McD's was for breakfast for the road and we went in to order and waited soooooo long for our order, it was crazy! Watching each of the employees do their job was painful, there was zero hustle, regardless of all the people waiting inside and in the drive-thru. It was very disappointing to see. The inside was clean and put together, along with the beverage area, which was nice. This most recent trip... coming in from the airport and not feeling like sitting in a restaurant nor cooking once we were home and McDonald's it is! We placed an order via the app for curbside pickup once we arrived, parked and checked in on the app. The drive-thru was really long and once parked, we see the lobby is closed yet again due to staffing shortages. What a shame. After 10 minutes, we were confused as to if they would even bring it out and at the 15 minute mark and heading to sit in the drive-thru line a young man brought us our order. We thanked him profusely and wished him well, hoping the best for being overwhelmed. As for the meal... well, as you can see from the photo, a few ingredients were missing between the bun. At this point, it's not worth it call because I'm finding more and more that it's pointless."

"With 10 or 12 workers in the kitchen. It took them 20 minutes to prepare the items.I know it is hard work in the kirchen at a restaurants. But when you have to wait 5 minutes to place an order. And when you do, the cashier isn 't in uniform, but in normal street clothes.And since there was already one person waiting. There was nobody behind me, when I place the order.I don 't mind waiting for 5 minutes. But when orher customers order after me, recieve their orders and leave. 10 minutes come and go, and I still keep my call, as well other customers come and go. 15 minutes passed, and I start to sigh, and show my order number.Then about 20 minutes, I finally received the order..The taste is the food, when I got it wasn 't the best. The burger taste more lile sausage, as if the grill wasn 't prepared from breakfast. I dont mind the taste of pepper. But it was semi warm.I didn 't yell or make a scene, cause my daughter was with me. But I did eat it and left.I worked for fast food restaurants before. And know how hard it is. The common courtesy, would be I am sorry, but it will take xx time for your order . Or If you take a seat and I will bring your order. If there was some sort of apology for waiting that long, I wouldn 't been upset. They just called the number and left. My daughter and I ate and left."

"Cashier was rude and not wearing there PPE properly. I do understand that per company policy certain bills can not be excepted however when telling a customer this you can use more equivalent and polite ways to tell someone and if I am spending almost the amount of the bill and not much change would be needed then the bill should be accepted. My main issue with this establishment is the hospitality of the works first I did not get greeted upon entering. Then when I finally got the attention of the workers they were rude and unwelcoming. I will not be back to this establishment."

"Nice friendly staff. We visited with our 15 month old grandson. A very polite employee acknowledged us saying hello and making small talk. He subsequently returned with a toy for the baby which he loved. Thankyou for a great visit. It's nice to see people that really enjoy there job."
