"Bake goods are always my favourite in Paris Baguette and kind people working there not the owner, he was really not polite while taking my orders almost wanted to get rid of me I got one piece of pastry than I was about to ask cake and coffee, he doesn?t know customer relationships, he should hire a professional help)but there was a strong odor inside the store which was not bearable to sit down and have snack. Place has a great light and wide seating area yet no one was there. I decided to get a coffee and some cake which was amazing than tried to connect to wifi, there was none unfortunately. I guess it will be my last time here since I can?t check my emails and study but wish the owner best! They will do great with improvements."

"Phenomenal cake shop with some of the best tasting cakes small desert plates. Everything looked really good was pretty tough to decide on what to eat. I ended up getting the gnache mousse cake which was so good very rich in flavor and wasn’t disappointed at all. They have plenty I mean plenty to choose from I would recommend trying more than one of the many deserts they have available."

"We just visited, having ordered ahead via their app. Our order was a little late in being prepared, which didn't bother me, but the young man who helped us was very kind and apologetic and gave us a piece of cake to make up for it. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but his customer service was exemplary and I will definitely be back. Also their food is great and I love the Mojito spritzer!"

"I usually have a good experience with Paris Baguette, but not this time. I ordered a blueberry yogurt cake and a tiramsu slice for my wife's birthday. I get a call letting me know that the tiramasu slice is out of stock and they offered an alternative. I was okay with that. I get the order at 745am, but I'm missing the whole yogurt blueberry cake. I got a slice of a chocolate ganache cake(alternative) and a SLICE of the yogurt cake, which is not what I ordered. We called Door Dash, explained that it didn't come. They fixed it and sent the cake. I got it by 830am. I put it in my fridge to keep cold, no problem. Come time to prep the cake for the party around 9pm-ish...catastrophe. The cake is normally wrapped with a mold ring to keep its shape for the customer to take off. There was no ring and the cake was partially melted with the blueberries flooded onto the tray. This REALLY disappointed me and my wife. This was her favorite cake and it was ruined. We still celebrated but clearly there were shortcuts taken to appease me having already been insensed by the fact that my delivery was shorted to begin with. This is not the way to go. Do better."

"To put it plainly up front, this sandwich sits firmly near the top of the mountain of meals Ive been lucky enough to enjoy in this life. The salt bagel was absolutely pristine. The eggs and meats were prepared exactly as one would wish. The cream cheese and hollandaise were stunning. The portions were so generous Id have easily been convinced I was back in New York, sitting at my Grandmothers dining table. Did I mention how incredible the Salt bagel was?? I do not speak hyperbolically when I say that I will think about this sandwich for a long, long time. I will spend the entirety of my morning tomorrow thanking myself for getting an extra. NYB&B, thank you for feeding me with love."

"Their specialty dish was the Fish and Chips. The fish was tasty, but the chips were generic seasoned fries that didn't match the menu description. We didn't feel the meal was worth the $42 price tag. My wife chose the Seafood Pesto Tortellini ($49) which tasted like it was store-bought. The dish only had a few shrimp and pieces of fish, which was disappointing considering the price. The sauce was more of a cream Alfredo than pesto. However, we did enjoy the Key Lime Pie. My Tito's dirty martini cost $19. Overall, the dining experience fell short of our expectations for the expensive price."

"Pretty good, clean, and good breakfast or sandwich/salad place. I think it's a bit cheaper than Bean and Bean. Delicious pumpkin croissant and regular medium coffee for 7.27!"

"Bought a chocolate chiffon cake on Thursday early evening to celebrate a birthday on Friday. I kept the cake refrigerated right away until we took it out for the celebration. Before purchasing, I had asked the employee at the store if their cakes were really fresh and not days old as their cakes in the past used to be very dry and seemingly old. The employee ensured me that all cakes were fresh. I took out the cake on Friday only to find that their fresh cake had completely molded strawberries on them. The picture isn 't very clear, but the two strawberries have fuzzy white and green mold on it. FUZZY, WHITE, GREEN MOLD. Never going to Paris baguette again. Their cakes are over double the amount they used to be too. Truly disappointing, shows how long they must keep these cakes stashed in, they probably swap the fruits around from cakes that didn 't sell. Paris Baguette, customer service can reach out to me if you really want to talk, I 'm not wasting my time and money with this franchise store again."
