"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We have expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"Love this restaurant! It has a very homey feel, they make you feel very welcome when you walk in the door. We come here a few times a month and enjoy everything we've ordered. Their portions are GENEROUS and prices are affordable. One week, I ordered the seafood fra and they give you an option of spice level. I have a fairly high tolerance for spice so I ordered it medium a word of advice its HOT, but it was very tasty! The server noticed I was struggling a little and offered for them to remake it, but I told her it was fine! Bc it tasted so great. When she boxed up the left overs she had them add marinara to it to mellow it out. Their serving staff is always friendly, accommodating, and attentive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone."

"One of our regular places. We sat outside, yet service was good even though most of the patrons were inside. Food was excellent. Wife's pasta dish was large enough for two meals, if not three. If the server tells you that their one ice cream dessert is big enough for two, believe them."

"We have been going here for years. But this evening we landed there to empty tables on a Friday. Surprised we still went In. Management change is what we were told. The food was pathetic. Risotto was burnt and over cooked. Mahi Mahi came over blackened. The Gorgonzola sauce had a burnt taste and the pasta was thick and raw. The gnocchi came out in a burnt sauce. The owner came to the table we told him. He took the plates away saying sorry. Sent us the bill for all the food we did not eat. We paid, tipped the server as it was not her fault. I think the only good restaurant in Castle Pines is now gone."

"This Italian restaurant is excellent. We ended up returning 4 nights in a row while traveling. Our servers Emily and Staci were fantastic. The owner made sure our meals were prepared perfectly. It's another hidden gem in a strip mall. We will definitely be returning."
