"I went to Mountain View. The food was delicious. I'm not Vietnamese so I can't talk to the authenticity of the Pho, but I found it delicious. They pick up, run and eat. They also sell fruit teas, milk teas (with Boba), fruit smoothes and fruit hoses. I had a number 100. That was a regular size pho (I chose #12 from the pho selection) and a regular milk tea (I chose a Coconut Thai Milk Tea). I found it cheap (about $20 out of the door). The food came in plastic containers to go and they delivered it to me on the terrace. Place was clean and many other places nearby. I post pictures, but I forgot to take pictures of my food. I didn't see the hours of the operation, but online it says they're open until 10:00."
